With the 3 millionth developer, GitHub has again reached a milestone. This Monday night on all-hands winter summit, did GitHub see this glory.
And now obviously they are basking in joy. GitHub has announced a Code Bass 2, a party and coming together for celebrating success at Public Works in San Francisco. They have invited all GitHub employees and of course YOU. Join them in the night of indulgence here.
Code Bass 2-Thursday, January 17, 2013!
The story of GitHub’s platform goes back to April 2oo8 when it was born. GitHub had reached its first million users in September 2011 and a 2 million mark in August 2012. GitHub might soon have twice or thrice the numbers. Just a guess! Their journey from 2008 till today is surely the signs of a steady progress curve.
GitHub also has yet another serving on the plate as they will be having another revelry for the 5 millionth repository being hosted on Github any week now. They are all in a movement where as GitHub blog says is “enabling software to eat the world.”
