Quora gave a new surprise with its new blogging platform. Now Quora users can share more knowledge. Along with the upvote system and home page feed, Quora’s blogging platform is also available on iPhone as a rich text editor.
Quora’s co-founder Adam D’Angelo made an announcement previous month about this surprise,
“The internet was supposed to allow anyone to set up a web page and share their knowledge with the world. But in practice it’s too difficult and takes too long and almost no one does it. Blogs are easy to start, but unless the author is famous, it takes years to build a following. More than a billion people use the internet yet only a tiny fraction contribute their knowledge to it.”
The Q&A platform had indeed this great opportunity to impress its 30,000 monthly active writers and almost annual 1+ million. Many people even get their answers viral. So is the power of words. Blog on Quora is an add-on to make this experience better and better.
Quora says that these blogs are great for users who are amateurs with regard to online presence and for those who want to do some organic marketing.
