Founded by NY Dev Shop runners John Peterson along with Alec Hartman, NY Tech Day is what they call “A massive science fair for entrepreneurs to exhibit their startups to thousands of consumers, investors, first adopters, job-seekers, major companies, press and media.”.

NY Tech Day happening on April 25th

The momentum took a flight in 2012 the inaugural expo that sold out New York’s Lexington Armory with 200 startups and 4500 enthusiastic attendees. This the second annual NY Tech Day which is growing bigger and more compelling.

Startups are getting all decked up for exhibiting their ideas in their booths as they reach out to out to potential users and investors. This year the space is bigger almost 3 times to pull in 500+ startups and almost 15,000 guests. Now those are big numbers! This year the venue will be Pier 92 that is an area of 77,000 sq ft. So lots of space and lots of faces!
